Friendly people. Proposal came fast. Work was done efficiently. Good value for the money.

Not good for homeowners. I didn't realize when they were mulching that they would remove the old mulch and add only 2 inches instead of adding on top of what was there.. The edges were very uneven & curved. They missed many lawn applications and cuttings, supposedly due to weather. They bill you a flat fee per month based on your total estimated seasonal bill. It is up to you to keep track of what they did or didn't do. They sent me bills at the end of the year that would have totaled up to the amount if they had done everything. I withheld the last few payments but I am still trying to get the refund owed. Too much work for me.

To address the concerns raised by this customer: 1. It is a Horticultural Best Practice to remove old, decaying mulch. Anyone with a truck can throw down new mulch - but we do it the right way. Old mulch decomposes and becomes a breeding ground for artillery fungus (which can cause irreparable damage to siding) as well as many diseases which damage plant materials. 2. It is our company policy that credits are only issued to customers with accounts in good standing. Customers who withhold payments do not receive service - this is standard policy used by every reputable service provider as a means of protection against non-paying customers

My wife and I were away on vacation and had no time prior to leaving to attend to the lawn. So, we contacted ServiceMagic. Aaron, from Satiro, called me within an hour of posting a request. He went to the house and called back within another hour with a bid which I accepted and he took care of our lawn in two days.

I used Satiro Landscape Design, LLC and Aaron did a great job, was very professional and delivered what he said he would. I am very happy and will be using him again.

Was not happy that they showed up, for their first job, @ 5:30/6:00 pm (dinner) and proceeded to work through dinner and until about 7:00pm. This was my first experience with this service and 1st impressions can be lasting... I would prefer service being provided during mornings/midday on weekdays, when it doesn't impact my family and/or my neighbors.

Satiro Landsape Design provided excellent service and pricing for our small commercial property. They were curteous and responsive in all of their communications and removed the snow promptly after the recent storm we had. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Norristown, PA area.
