Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Jim was the best contractor I've ever hired. Hard working, dependable, patient. He has a great eye for detail. He tore down walls, rebuilt new ones, did a lot of tile work, beautiful wood work, I think he left the house cleaner than when he got there. I can't wait to work with Jim again; I highly recommend him!.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Jim Sarosi is indeed a professional. His craftsmanship is high quality and the work was completed in a timely manner and within the cost estimate he provided. He was very respectful toward keeping our home clean throughout the entire project. Jim is a detailed guy and does all work by the book according to building standards. I would highly recommend Jim and plan to use him again for another remodeling project in the future.

everything went smoothly! he's done a great job and it was a project that required a unique design to accomplish what we needed done. we consider ourselves "fussy" and he's done a really good job! permitting the job wasn't the easiest thing and he worked fine with the town CEO- not a small fete! still got the job done within our expectations so we're veryt happy!

As a former contractor myself, I can overwhelmingly rate Jim Sarosi as one of the “Best of the Best” and here is why. - His technical knowledge of how to tackle an unusual construction project. - His eye for ascetics. - Finished product results are the best that can be achieved. - Client First. - Active listener to client needs. - Foresight right on the money, excellent input to the customer concerning achieving the customers desired results. - Competitive pricing. - Clean work practices. - Flexibly work scheduling. - Unquestionable integrity. - Subcontractors have to work to his standards and do, additionally communicates actively/often with them so as to keep the project moving. This is the first contractor to call and the last one you’ll ever use after a comparison

Trustworthy, accurate, on time, professional in every sense, quality work. The best part is he looks at each project like it is his own, puts genuine care into it, customizes well and looks at every cost aspect. In this economy, he is a sure bet.
