John is a professional with his client's best interests at heart. He doesn't try to sell you anything you do not need, and even has suggestions for how to help you take care of your home without spending a lot of money. the person that did the actual taping and mudding did an excellent job and worked hard. The person doing the texturing, John Klossner, was something else, he did not let me know when he was coming, I had to call him, and then he did not adequatly protect the rest of the house from the spray.

John provided an estimate of the work, scheduled, and performed just as he promised. Kept me informed of progress as the job moved forward and even alerted me to an issue that had nothing to do with his job.

Did not finish the job, Painted over dirt and hunks of wallpaper that he did not come off. Left many areas unpainted. Just left large mirror laying on the middle of the floor. Left curtain rods and brackets laying on the floors, and left a mess.

Showed up on time. Wasn't familiar with the type of door I had and couldn't remove the rollers for replacement. We did move the doors to different positions which is a temporary fix to the problem.
