Nothing annoys me more than a vendor who begins adding costs to the estimate I received over the phone. I do not trust the worker and as a result the work done and would not use them again nor recommend them.

On the website, it states: Air quality testing with our Laser Particle Scan Visual Inspection of your HVAC system HVAC air flow testing Free Dryer Vent Cleaning with each Air Duct Cleaning Free filter replacement Our employees are Experienced, Clean and on Time ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Unfortunately for me, they were: A) Not on time B) Did not inspect my HVAC system C) Did not do air quality or air flow testing D) Did not offer me a free filter replacement E) Did not offer to clean my dryer vent Needless to say - I don't recommend.
