I dealt with Hilton to arrange a cleaning at my apartment. My apartment is generally very neat so I just need someone to come by and clean the bathroom, kitchen and do a light dusting the rest of the home. I feel like they do a reasonable job with the cleaning. Ive had people that are super picky with cleaning, which is a 5 and people who do a general cleaning and run out the door which I would say is a 3. I am rating the cleaning service a 4 because its right in the middle. The cleaning person is very friendly, nice and seems trust worthy.

Everything was great. Leslie was nice and polite. I wish I had her all afternoon so she can finished cleaning the whole apartment (she didn't have enough time to clean the bedroom). I will hire her again.

Hilton from Sanmar was absolutely a gift! He did an amazing job cleaning my aunt's loft. I couldn't believe what a difference - and all with such a wonderful attitude. At the end, I found out that he's the sales manager and likes to come out and do jobs so he can better prepare his people. We're signing up for every two weeks and I couldn't be happier!

The leader is excellent, but the assistant is slow. The closets in two bed rooms were not cleaned by the assistant. I did the job myself after thet left, but I could not reach the higher shelves in the closets. I'll hire the leader for a handy man too in the future. I'll also recommend him to my friends.
