I was very satisfied with Sandco. They remodeled my basement including my half bath. I was more than pleased with their work. When the job was completed, they cleaned-up and removed all trash. It was a pleasure working Daryl, his brother and his father. They were very professional and I would use them again. My neighbor likes my basement so much that she wants them to do her basement.

My husband and I were extremely pleased with the basement project that Sandco performed. It was a huge project but they had the expertise and attention to detail to get it done right. They are also excellent painters. I am so delighted with the basement now. Daryl is a superb business man and he a truly ethical and professional.

Project: Repair Drywall
Sando is a nice and friednly company, however they need to learn how to run a business. Sometimes they didn't show up or call to say they weren't coming. What should have taken a week to do took well over a month. I was very disappointed with the quality of service. I felt like my project wasn't important to them.

The contract was rescinded due to unconscionability for the floating floor to be installed, because her concrete floor is unleveled. She refused to have the floors level and it was a service we do not provide. It was agreed that a partial completion of the contract was in order and she was not charged. Email verification can be provided upon request.

Estimated time was 1 week, work was completed in 9 days. Most days only had one person working on the entire project. Not at all what I expected.

The agreed terms of the were ". The project is expected to take 5-8 days. The drying of the drywall may hasten or delay the completion time due to the level of wall prep." We began Monday 10/3/2011 and was finished on Tuesday 10/11/2011. That is seven business days. A copy of the contract can be provided for verification upon request.
