The SP turned off my control box and the timing is off and I don't know how to change it. I've made numerous calls and SP does not return calls. I was very disappointed.

They performed the work better than I had hoped and were very fast. They were on time and kept their promise on timing. They completed the work without me being there and there were no issues - it went very smoothly. I highly recommend them.

Project: Mow Grass and Maintain Landscaping
After using S&S for 6 months I have decided to discontinue service. They did an ok job maintaining the yard - not excellent but presentable. Communication on the other hand is absolutely awful! Very difficult to get a hold of and not responsive. Billing/invoicing is very disorganized. They don't always send invoices, they've lost checks, claimed they didn't receive payment when checks were actually cashed, an extremely disorganized mess. For the last 3 months they also tried to bill me for "extra" services that I didn't want or authorize them to do. Save yourself a lot of headache and go with someone else.
