Project: Remodel a Kitchen
S&A Construction overall did an exellent job with my home addition. The estimator was straightforward and friendly. The process was executed in a timely manner. They subcontracted the concrete work which was annoyingly not as well done as I expected. It met code so I moved on. Afterwards their framer was amazing. What an excellent asset to their team. He had the most positive attitude and great work ethic. It was refreshing to see a professional at work. The project turned out great! My recommendation is to definitely use S&A for your next project, just watch out for the sub-contracters who may or may not work at the same level of expertise.

Project: Install or Replace Metal Roofing
We changed our minds about roofing materials after discussions with S & A personnel. As a result, it took longer than expected to order and receive the selected shingles and to schedule installation. The roofing crew did an outstanding job and the finished project is beautiful down to the last detail.

Kyle Banick installed a large awning that was blown away by a huge wind storm. He did a superb job at what I believe a very reasonable price. I asked him to repair our shed and he promised to do the job whenever he is done with an ongoing project.

Project: Remodel or Renovate One or More Rooms
I was very impressed by the quotation process and by the estimator, John VanSickle. He was very open and honest. In general, I am happy with the bathroom remodel. I was not impressed, however, with the finising details. Very sloppy drywall seams that were redone at least twice. Paint spatters everywhere along with an unsecured bathtub spigot that required four requests to get it secured. The 2-3 week project took 4 weeks. I was out of the house for 15 days, but S&A only worked 7-8 of those days.
