This project was completed as agreed. We hired Sanctuary to install two 20ft stone retaining walls. The work was done using all the correct techiques: Laser siting, levels, underground drains, chrusher run, proper backing, and good quality products (EP Henry). The workmen arrived at 8AM and worked to 4PM with only 1/2 hr for lunch on both days. I never once saw anyone just standing around and loafing, very professional. The workmen also seemed to genuinely care about the quality of their work, had the appropriate training, and did not take any shortcuts. A++

The owner and the rest of the staff were very professional and helpful. I have never had this type of work done but the quality was wonderful. They cleaned up well and took the time to explain and discuss any questions I had. My neighbors have all commented how nice my landing, steps, and sidewalk look with the bricks. I would recommend this company to others.

My experience with Santuary Gardens was EXCELLENT! As a single woman, searching for contractors was a little intimidating. However, both Charles and his wife made me feel very comfortable with my decisions and even helped with suggestions on how to make my patio beautiful while still saving money. I would recommend Santuary Gardens to all that is looking for quality work coupled with pleasant individuals to actually work with!!!

Very nice owner and employees. The work was done in a short time and was done without any problems. The owner kept me up to date with the schedule and what to expect from the lawn and how to take care of it.

Overall, I was satisfied with the work. Work began within two weeks of signing the contract. A couple of quibbles are that I was not notified in advance of the crew's arrival to start work. I would have preferred a telephone call in advance to notify me. Secondly, the cleanup following completion of the job could have been better. A number of rocks were left around and the old landscaping material (i.e., retaining bricks etc) were not removed. However, I am very happy with the look of the completed landscaping and have received several compliments about the work from friends and neighbors.

We stride to exceed every customers expectations, as this customer originally told us. I should of confirmed with the customer, rather than assume that he would want to keep his old bricks. If we would of known, we would of taken them with us. We appreciate each and every customer and their comments, and we are pleased that this customer was very happy with the finished project.
