Victor show up on time evaluated the scope of work, recommend a fix, I approved his corrective action, he went to the store to pick up the parts, returned shortly, went right to work, cut out the old ball joint, installed the new value, waited for the glue to dry, turned the water back on checked for leaks, all was well, I still had a faulty control value, he checked it out replaced the control value, still a problem he determined it was at the master panel we checked it out, dicovered a broken wire, made the repairs, cleaned up the area and departed. all within a couple of hours. Outstanding workmen.
