Samson replied to my request quickly and called me back on a Sunday morning. They arranged to repair my outdoor outlets on Monday morning to my complete delight because I wanted my Christmas lights working again. They came at the scheduled time, were professional and completed the job quickly. I thought their prices were fair and the service excellent. I would use them again and recommend them.

I had to have the work done during the weekend due to scheduling difficulty. The weekend rate seemed somewhat high although I did not have any other option to compare it with.

Really should not have charged for a full hour for a 10-minute job. I will not call them again.

Customer was given prices for trouble shooting on the phone before we arrived. He was in agreement to the prices, we offer to change the tripped GFI outlet for cost of the part to ensure that it will not happen again and he declined. 127 5 star ratings, 16 4 star rating and someone has to be thr first 2 star. Sorry we could not please the customer.

He was responsive, quick, and on time. I would recommend this company. My issue concerns all contracters. If the job took 20 minutes, why is the customer charged the full hour?

this man is great. He told me how to save on another project with a simple tip and saved us hundreds of dollars. We now have him on speed dial for future projects. I would not call anyone else.

While another contractor quoted me $450 for the job, Samson Electric advised me over the phone on how I could fix the issue myself so I wouldn't have to spend a bunch of money. In a day and age when everyone is struggling, it was refreshing to experience such honesty and integrity.
