Sam was polite, friendly, and professinal. He came on time, explain the problems I had clearly and gave me options on how the leaking pipe would be fixed. He seems to love what he does and cares about the quality of his work: he called me 6 hours after the service for the follow-up. I appreciated his kindess. I would love to recommend him for my neighbors and friends!

He charged $275 for a simple wax ring change job, which I thought was much higher than usual. Now it makes me think that he probably overcharged me for the last job I asked him to do. I don't think I will use him again.

I am an interior designer and I've worked with many contractors in various renovation projects. I have to say, I was very impressed with Sam. He showed up on time, kept in touch over the phone, analyzed the problems correctly, and most of all - is very fair and HONEST ! Love working with you , Sam, and thank you very much ! The service was amazing. Less than one minute I received a call from Sam and He arrived within 2 hours. Very pleasant service. I would recommend him to everyone.

Sam is a delightful man; very friendly and polite. He came right away to look at our leaking shower drain situation and evaluated what needed to be done. My son decided he wanted to try and do the repair, so Sam was not called in do this; however, he did call to find out if the repair was ok. I really appreciated his followup and will keep his name on file as future needs arise.
