Contractor was timely and did a great job, and I expected to pay a premium for service on the morning of New Years Eve, but $350 charge to replace a $30 part and check the system was about a $100 too much in my estimation. Took 45 minutes to complete all the work.

As a business owner I have to pay our service men from the time they leave their family on that holiday week end to the time they return to their family at holiday rates. It was the holiday weekend when our heat went out. They were fairly prompt and came out the same day. He managed to get the furnace working and heat on even though a part was needed. Still had to get the part from our usual heating company and finish the job.

Understood and explained my problem and resolution. Only complaint was that the solder that fell on the floor was not cleaned up.

Besides getting the furnace going, Sam Heating without asking fixed a gas leak and patiently soaked up ground water that leaked into the furnace chamber.
