Took a couple of weeks to get a call back. Once appt made he was prompt. No hidden costs and very informative as to care and maintenance of our septic system.

no hidden costs and a great flat fee. I will use his service again and definitely recommend him to anyone else. Michael and his grandfather showed up on time and did a great job fast! Honest and reliable!!! They did not offer a low quote and then upsell for extra work.

Project: Repair a Septic System
We are very pleased with the work performed by Samples Septic Service. They repaired the mainline to our drain field, T-pipe, replaced lids, and installed a remediator. They were alwasy upfront and honest about our repair options. We live within the limits of the City of Atlanta and we are very glad that a repair could be done.
