Excellent to work with; they came back with a quote immediately (we had time constraints) and were able to meet its timelines; 2 man crew was great - showed up on time on both days; removed all debris and cleaned the deck after finishing; the final project looks great.

Kirk from Samanco was very professional and informative. He let me know what specifically was out of code with the city and that need to be brought up to code. He also provided me an estimate verbally and put in on paper (sending me a detail document via email).

My deck looks great! They gave me three different options regarding repair/replacement from which to choose, and did not do a "hard sell" of the priciest. Minor things: Originally laid boards with some stamps showing, and the single coat that they planned to apply did not match with the existing vertical boards that had been previously stained. They flipped the particular boards and applied a second coat with absolutely no grief whatsoever, and even took it upon themselves to do some extras like painting the stairs and bolting a leaning fence to the building. After seeing the great job they did, one of my neighbors is using them, too.

I selected Samanco after reviewing bids from 5 other contractors. It was clear they were very experienced with deck replacements. They were always on time and professional. They completed the job on-time and on budget. Overall, a very pleasing experience. I would recommend them highly.

I ended up not doing the project, but all 3 teams were prompt in providing bids and assessing the project. I would have gone with Samanco which had the best price and also seemed to understand the scope of the project best.

Excellent, I found the company to be reliable and trustworthy and their crew to be skilled craftsmen who work with integrity. Every aspect of my porch repair was performed to a very high standard using high quality materials. The work passed inspection with comment that it showed that the people who did it really care about the work they do.
