Needed 100 sq ft of hardwood floors replaced. He called immediately after my request, came out next day to give estimate and completed the job the next week at our convenience. Was easy to work with and did a great job.

They finished the work on time as requested. They did a very professional job. There were small gaps in the ends and in some stair treads that I have to putty but other than that every room and stairs look perfect.

I have not officially hired Mike Salvo yet, however, we are planning to get everything underway after Thanksgiving. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and his professionalsim was beyond outstanding! He is a nice young man who is seemingly committed to excellent customer service as he has been consistant with his follow-up. Mike was pleasant and nice, but the final job was not satisfactory. The cuts and rough edges were not what I thought a professional installer would do. I appreciate the fact that he explained why he couldn't finish the job, but the cutting job he did do was not great.

The reason for the cuts not being perfect are as follows. Usually a back splash for a kitchen is installed before any finish molding or quarter round is added to the cabinets. The reason for finish moldings and quarter rounds is to hide cuts around small areas such as these. The reason I did not install the back splash around the hood vent is because the hood was not taken down. This means I would have had to tile around the hood which would not be the right way to install it and would not look right.

Mike Salvo did a great job in our kitchen. Very pleased! He has excellent skill with tile, our backsplash looks great! Really good value. The job was well done, at a very fair price. I am positive that he will be getting many more jobs in my neighborhood. Mike exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Mike Salvo for any tile related project. Salvo called me the day of the storm and came right over. Their price was very good, and they did an excellent job (they even shoveled the walkway!). My two neighbors used them that day, and they both said that Salvo did a great job for them.
