Overall I am satisfied with the job performed, however, I was dissatified that they failed to follow up as they had promised. The contractors promised to return for some clean up of tar on 2 places on the roof but did not turn up to date.

This was a shingle roof, not wood shake. The storm mitigation inspection was canceled and not rescheduled by Saltwater. Even after 3 days and perhaps 6-8 calls to the office no reschedule was made. I finally hired another company to come out and do the report. The work on the roof seemed excellent.

They are professionals on every aspect. They called back promptly, kept appointments, gave a fair well explained price, did an excellent job on the flat roof, cleaned up the site and were polite and professional. I would highly recommend them and use them on my tile roof if needed.

I need to hear from someone who isn't here to collect $ , the promised milestones have not been met. I am NOT a happy camper!

Bobbie, come on. You have a great roof, which you agreed is beautiful. You agreed the price was right. You agreed our guys we professional and well trained. Now you give us a 1/2 star review because we were delayed by weather 1 day? That ridiculous! If there's something we can do to make you happy we'd be glad to do it. However, you never expressed any dissatisfaction with our job at all, except the 1 day weather delay, now this review. Appalling!

We had a long conversation about what I wanted done. When the project manager came out to collect a deposit, the information the sales representative and I talked about was not included. This was the 1st misunderstanding. 2nd misunderstanding was about how much deposit was required. The PM wanted half the money up front to purchase materials. Television and better business people tell you if the contractor wants money up front, “Don’t Do It.” 3rd misunderstanding was final payment. This should be after the construction permit is finalized. No he wanted it before he left the job so he didn’t have to come back for another payment. 4th misunderstanding the material supply company has sent me a “notice to owner” if they are not paid for materials, they may legally put a lien on my home until they are paid. I have to call in the morning to see if indeed there is a lien? The last point is I still haven’t received anything telling my insurance company about the wind mitigation discount I wanted. On the + side the inspector said it is a very good job.

Very impressed with knowledge of the project ans options fully explained without pressure to select this company. The efficiency of the two man crew was exceptional and clean up was really good.
