Sal's installed the thermo coupler that was 36 inches - incorrect size, did not know how to work on GE water heaters

Dear Our Neighbor in Cleveland, Please be advised the length of a thermal couple has nothing to do with being correct or incorrect. They are universal and work for almost all applications. We are certified warranty contracter prefered by GE and Rheem for all of OHIO. We will be looking up your information and will be contaacting you shortly. Please call us with any concerns you may have and we will correct them. (2)I spoke to this person and he purchased and installed a new tank himself after our diagnosis because the tank was not repairable. We tried to fix within his budget but this is what happens when we do that. Sorry.

Sals was fantastic, the only company able to give me a fair and accurate quote over the phone. They were professional and completed the job timely.

What a great customer experience! Same day service, flexible to meet my "after normal business hours" needs. Technician was prepared to show up early and dispatch called to verify my availability. I had a friend meet Don the technician at the house, and by the time I made it home, the repair was complete AND MORE - he recommended additional maintenance (filter change) and even provided some tips for upkeep and eventual replacement! Provided coupons for future needs. I will not hesitate to use and recommend this service provider for all heating & cooling needs! Sal, give Don a raise - he's a top notch pro! :)

Jeff, I will pass on the nice comments to Don. I thank you for your kind words. You were Don's last call that day and I had him wait at McDonalds until you were able to get home. We go a long way to please our customers. Thank You for the business and if I give Don a raise, I would have to raise the service rates. That never goes over well with our customer base.
