On the Sunday after Thanksgiving and with one hour's notice, Sako's arrived to pick up my rugs and returned them when my floors were finished a week later on a Saturday. They were beautifully done! Great service!

Sako did a great job on the 2 rugs that I needed cleaned. Both rugs have embroidery / patchwork on them, and are made of materials that are very hard to clean (wool and colored cottons). Sako came to my house, gave me an estimate of $2/sqft and took them to his shop. 1 week later, exactly when he promised them, he delivered clean, refreshed rugs! Most of the stains were gone, nothing had torn or degraded or faded on the rugs, and best of all, they smelled CLEAN...not like chemicals...just clean. I'm happy with the results. He did a great job and I will use his services again. He doesn't accept credit cards for small jobs FYI. Highly recommend
