It was an easy fix, and they discounted their price; however it was still a little high (in my opinion) for the two minutes of work required. They did show up on time, and was very polite and professional. I would use them again if I needed some serious work done as this company seems like they know what their doing with the complete function of pools and pool electrical issues.

MAKE SUCH THEY HAVE A CHECK LIST , NOT JUST GUSTING WHAT YOUR POOL MAY NEED.ALSO MAKE SUCH THAT THIER EQUIPMENT IS WORKING. AND IF THE TEC MAKE EXCUSES DO NOT LET THEM SERVICE YOUR POOL. THEY SUCH BE HAPPY TO SERVICE YOUR POOL WITH A SMILE.

So far, Sage Pools have been excellent with their explanations of service programs and service days. Mike "The Pool Man" does not start until Aug 5, 2009. We are looking forward to their start date. Mike is very personable & knowledgeable!!

Crystal Clear Pools responded first and Joe came to my home and used some chemicals. Joe was nice, but he spilled chlorine on my wooden deck and was so chatty, he made me uncomfortable.
Sage pools called a couple days later and I had their rep come by the house. Patrick was very knowledgeable and explained the why and how of things. As a recent widow, I felt comfortable with having this young man handle my pool needs. I will probably retain them for my regular pool service.

They were there very quickly and found the old heater was a wreck. They removed it and replaced it with a more highly efficient model and gave me a decent price. The new heater, though, had been 'converted' from Natural gas to propane with the wrong conversion kit by their supplier. It made a very loud noise when working. The installer tried to tell me "the noise will go away in a week or so". But I insisted that they get the right conversion kit. They were back in a day with the right kit, installed it and the heater is working very well. I think they are very good.
