Because of traffic, the crew was 45 minutes late. they were careful and cleaned up after themselves. I enjoyed meeting them. Heat King did a great job. The house is fresher.

Gene Markus of Heat King was the only one who said he would come see us the day I called (the others tried to put us off until the next day or later). He also found the problem relatively quickly and charged us what I thought was a very reasonable price. I would rdefinitely ecommend him and his company to anyone...

Gene seemed genuine and honest. He asked us questions about our old furnace and our personal preferences. He gave facts and let us decide what furnace and service to go with. We enjoyed his friendly and professional demeanor. He delivered what he promised despite having to make a slight change with one of our vents.

Furnace and thermostat were installed on time and on budget. 95% furnace is fantastic and we have experinsanced a more comfortable home. I have recommended Heat King to my friends already. The furnace has work and performance is excellent.

initial visit he was late. when i called 45 min after appt time, he said didn't you get my message. there was none. gene was a delightful person, but seemed perplexed by my old electric furnace, this is purely a gut feeling having watched other techs work with it. i enlisted his family to clean the ducts. afterwards the furnace would not shut off. gene came back and replaced a blown fuse but it still ran. he replaced the thermostat with a defective one. the furnace worked fine before this simple maintenance call. i will not call him for future service.
