Project: Install, Replace or Repair a Main Water Pipe
Chris was very responsive and took care of my issue with leaking in my basement. I was able to call him initially and talk through the issue, which saved me a few hundred dollars that Roto-Rooter was trying to charge for something unecessary. He was very honest when he came for an estimate, and seemed to have a very good idea of what the leaking was coming from. He gave me a warranty for his work that beat all the other estimates. Great price, easy to work with, and reliable. Hopefully the issue is fully resolved, but if it isn't, I know he will stick to his word.

Chris was excellent. He stayed with our repair to the end even though it had to be referred out to a company that specialized in Jacuzzi repairs. I would highly recommend him, very courteous and called ahead to let us know when he would be arriving.

Chris called me within minutes of my e-mail request. He tried to walk me through some solutions over the phone. When he came out he was on time and very knowledgeable all the while trying to save me money. He took the time to explain things. I have recommended him to all of my neighbors.
