Safehouse called immediate after i submitted my request. They came out immediate to repair the door with the strike. The changed the door knob and removed the strike which had an intercom installed. After the door knob was replaced the locksmith never put the strike back on the door and the intercom was no longer working and to fix it would be ovr $300. I called Michael, who stated he would have the technician call me, but he never did. ROBBERY PRICES AND POOR SERVICE. Would never hire them again nor would i ever recommend them.

Was responsive and attentive to my needs and situation. I had two locks changed, one on one day, the second on the next day. Showed up within agreed timeframe and jobs were done quickly and neatly. Liked flexibility to pay with either cash or credit/debit card. If I ever have need, would call them again in the future.
