Marc was polite, professional & responded quickly with my quote. Work done in one day, on time & I am pleased with the result for the most part. I have hired his maintenance crew to service my lawn weekly and expect a good job based on my first experience and Marc's willingness to take care of any problem areas if they happen.

More than expected. On their first visit they trimmed our bushs and hedges for no additional cost. Working within my family's schedules was not a problem for them. Excellent so far!!

As I said I would let you know if the service has improved and unfortunately it has not. I spoke with Marc as well as emailed him and he assured me that this would all be handled. But this last Friday 7-23-2010 all that was done was the lawn was mowed. The lawn person didn't edge, didn't blow the patio off , didn't trim the ivy in the flowerbeds out back, didn't weed front or back flower beds. I have cancelled the service. You can't get Marc to call back. I guess my little money I was sending didn't make him enough money to keep a good client happy.

Overall I was very happy with Safari. They were prompt and efficient. They left the property looking very good and removed all trimmings including some I had generated. They were willing to do everything I wanted done ,and the way I wanted it. There were a couple of things that could have been done but weren't. However, practically every relationship has some misunderstanding. This one was no exception, but the fault was probably mine. I do highly recommend Safari Landscapes.
