Thanks you are professionals in every way.I had an unusual situation in my home, we had a wall removed, a few years ago, had a long crack reappear every winter, we corrected that situation with the help of a roofer,who screwed board to each side of the crack between every truss.....the screw heads were visible from the, kitchen and living room... imagine, hundreds of screws, and the long crack. Well I couldn't not be happier with your company.....from the first contact with your office, and the bid process, through the craftmen who did the repair, and painted the ceiling, communication,quality service all perfect. I have recomended you !

I think the job was over-promised. The job was not done on time - the workers did not always show up, the quality in several rooms was less than average - especially the basement, they tried to rectify the quality of work but continued to fall short, representative was inappropriate in final conversation regarding concerns I would not use them again and will direct others not to use their services as well.

We responded to every concern the customer had and did not ask to be paid until they were satisfied. We would never stop trying to satisfy an unhappy customer until the job was completed. If this customer would have let us know they were still not satisfied we would return to make the job right. In the meantime I have tried to contact this customer asking what could we do to make them happy. We have not been able to make contact with them. I would send in our top crew to do whatever would be needed to solve the problem.

Friendly, experienced and professional. The whole house looks great and the painted kitchen cabinets look brand new and custom. The crew worked fast and with great communication at every step of the project. They were also prompt and knowledgable at fixing a few problem areas that did not cover very well due to poor construction in my house. Dennis worked with me to find the exact paint and quality I wanted and he followed through to make sure I was totally satisfied with the job upon completion. We have received a ton of compliments already and our friends cannot believe it is the same house. Would definitely use again!
