Project: Remodel a Basement
Very professional group. Did work not included in the original contract to improve the quality of the living space. I've referred S-Unlimited to all of my friends and co-workers.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Worst contractor I have ever hired. Consistently late then would show up when he felt like it without any notice, was charged more for the toilet I selected than the price in the store (as I later found out), Jose bought a vanity light set before discussing it with me (good thing I like it), installed the toilet crooked then proceeded to tell me that is the way the bolts were, part of the floor tile in back of the toilet was not caulked, and, had to point out their mistakes when laying the tile (the tile was crooked!). I thought that the price he quoted me was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.

They contacted me promptly, answered my questions, gave me a very good price (based on comparisons I did with others). Work went quickly and was a very good looking when completed.

Project: Renovate or Repair a Home
S-Unlimited recently completed a total remodel of my 1938 Arlington bungalow kitchen, and I couldn't be more pleased! From start to finish, Jose and his crew attended to every detail, completing the project ahead of schedule and within budget. They worked dilligently with the designer at Home Depot to replicate the drawings, making minor adjustments as needed at no additional cost. They were exceptionally clean and respectful of my family and pets. I would not hesitate to hire them again for any remodeling project.

Project: Install a New Skylight
S-Unlimited LLC installed 2 skylights in my family room ( about 24 feet ceiling) and 1 tube light in the bath room. They did an excellent job. My wife and I are very happy with their work. They are very professional, on time, flexible with our schedule, clean the job site very well after finishing each day with a very reasonable price. I will highly recommend this company to anyone. We plan to give them a bigger project in Spring.

I couldn't believe the price I was quoted and the outstanding performance of the entire S-Unlimited team. They cleaned up after themselves and ensured that the job was completed to my satisfaction. Outstanding work.
