Frank the technician was very personable and polite, however, the job was not a professional one. There are particles from the sanding that Frank did that dried into the paint. The surface of my tub and tile in my entire bathroom feels like fine sandpaper. The company refuses to come back and redo the job. My husband spoke with Dave last week and was told that some would be out this week to redo the job. My husband called Dave two days ago only to find out that he is out of town. SRS LLC stole my money. Their rating is -0. Rating: Project: Bathtub or Other Bath or Kitchen Surface - Resurface or Reface The tub looks fine, but there is "over-spray" on the black radiator in the bathroom, and on the wooden door to the bathroom and on the hardwood floor just outside the bathroom.
