After sigbning the initial contract the contact from the company was slow. Even after leaving several voice mail messages a return call was not received until the salesman contacted the owner asking that a follow-up call be made to me

The rep was very experienced but I was surprised that there is only one company in your service. I wish that you had told me that because I had to contact 6 othe rcompanies at random to compare estimates.

Project: Raise a Concrete Foundation
Pleased with their work. Only disappointed that work was not completed as estimated. Worker did not agree with coming back after other work was done to fill holes with concrete - but that is what was clearly agreed to at the time of the estimate. I understand not wanting to drive 4 hrs again to just pour concrete, but that is what was agreed upon. In the end, they left the bags of concrete for us to complete that part of the job & took $50 off the estimate. But I am already regretting agreeing to that as my husband & I really don't have the time to do the concrete and I don't know when we will get to it.

Project: Install or Replace Foundation Drains
Project was not completed as stated in interview and had asked contractor supervisor to come back to inspect everything installed was correctly done. He said yes and made an appointment. He never showed up and never called.

MY PROJECT IS NOT FINISHED YET, SO I CAN NOT REALLY RATE THE FINISHED PRODUCT YET BUT UP TIL NOW I AM PLEASED. Well it is day 3 of project and we are not happy that what we were told by Mark would be done is not being done. We have spoken to him and he is getting back with us. The workers have told us what he wants done and what we want done is not possible,however, when selling us on this company Mark assured us our house would be raised and new supports would be installed under there. I will keep this updated as to the result...

Project: Raise a Concrete Foundation
The person that came out, and did the initial inspection and wrote the contract made it sound like they were going to be able to close the crack I had on the floor and then the wall. After the gentlemen came out and put their piers in, that did not happen. Didn't move it, not a bit. That's why I'm dissapointed with not the guys that came and did the work, but basically dissapointed with the idea, not promises that the gentlemen told me it will be able to rectify alot of the problems that I had. I got a gap in the concrete it's about 3/4 of an inch to an inch 1/4 wide that hasn't changed. That's the reason why I paid the $5500 for that business. And I had somebody that would do it for $2000 cheaper...

contractor was very ceorteous, kind, and they did a good job. They were very efficeient and answered all our questions. Would recommend them to anybody else.
