Sang was great. He was the first to call of the recommended pros, said he would come out and give me an estimate. Checked around the furnace, told me the price of what needed to be done and said if the tune up didn't fix the problem he wouldn't charge. At any rate, the tune up worked and my furnace was fixed. He told me to change my filters regularly and that I should not need such a tune up for another 2 to 4 years. Please note this was a Sunday morning call and I am very grateful for him coming out. I would use him again.

ST was flexible by scheduling appointment when needed and solved my air conditioning problem promptly, effectively and inexpensively. The only downside was there were problems communicating effectively with the technician.

Came out at 6:45 am to fix AC unit. Was able to fix it quickly and for a reasonable price.

ST Heating & Cooling was conscious of his need for improving customer service.

Sang has done a great job replacing our heat pump. He took extra care to ensure everything is working properly and carefully aligned every part. He has been working for two days in nearly freezing temperatures and even added a few extras to the system(such as the new thermostat) that went beyond the scope of the contract. A few reviewers pointed out that communication can be challenging at times, but the quality of work definitely makes up for it, and he is always ready to provide detailed explanation when necessary. I do not regret giving this contractor a chance.

He called and pursued trying to get our business even down to the appointment time. Deceided to go with him after he diagnosed the problem being a tuneup. Looked up online that tuneups are 5-10x cheaper. Confronted him that it was high but he justified that it was parts I suppose, in his broken language. After paying the bill, he mentioned that the request was an emergency call. Funny. I did not mentioned it was an emergency so to avoid emergency cost.

Wow.THE NORTH GREAT WALL.The work has been done on sunday 2th january 2011.I did tell the price before starting the work.$450 for tuning up the carrier furnace 4 or 5 year no service,including replaced hot surface igniter,flame-sensor,capacitor,chemically treated burners,cleaned blower-wheel,cleaned combustion chamber,oiled motor,checked all safety devices of furnace for proper operation,improving efficiency of furnace.I'm one of the wild south,I don't like peeping prices and making the copy virus policies.I'm sure that my service will last for at least 2 and 1/2 years.

ST was prompt and very helpful. It was an emergency situation and he charged a fair and reasonable rate. I will now use ST for all my heating and cooling needs including maintenance and service.

Nice guy! Very knowledgeable but sometimes hard to understand. Took almost all day to do a job that was only slated for a few hours, but it was only because he needed other parts. Would recommend for repairs.

English is terrible, but work is great.

Put in my emergency request around 7:45 am. Got an immediate call from ST HEATING & COOLING, they said they could make it out immediately. Needed to get it all done while I was off for the day. Came out and took care of everything. Reasonably priced also. Definitely would recommend and use their services again.
