Came immediately and fixed the emergency problem, said he would come back and fix the other things. Have not heard from him in 3 weeks.

We apoligize for the inconvinience. We are mostly geared toward emergency work. We have a new system of keeping track of long term comitments so that we can eliminate this problem.

Patrick (STE) did a very nice job of explaining the project and the costs involved. He did the work in phases so that I new what to expect. However, I believe the job took a little longer than I expected. Also the cost was a little more than I expected. My experience of working with different contractors is that Patrick (STE) is a trust worthy individual who completed what he said he would do.
