Have not hired Carlos, yet.  For this project, he recommended buying <br />new appliances.  We agree about probably needing a new refrigerator in the near future.  However, I would like to look further <br />into repairing my washer and dryer and would lijke other referrals. <br />I wouuld definitely hire him for other projects. <br /> <br />Overall I have a very high regard for Carlos.  He returned my calls immediately.  The first time he called I had to delay as we were about <br />to leave for vacation.  After we returned, I called Carlos on a Friday, expecting voice mail., since it was the long Columbus Day weekend.  Not only did I reach him directly,  he drove all the way from Framingham to Watertown after a full and busy day working on a big project, with another big project the next day, just to look at what I <br />needed help with.   <br /> <br /> He was completely honest about what he thought needed to be done and is saving me money in the long run.  I can tell that he is trustworthy and a man of his word.  Carlos is the kind of professional who sees a job to the end and makes sure that it is done right.  I <br />highly recommend Carlos.
