S.O.S. Plumbing was fast and efficient. The pump works great. The first pump was installed and not working correctly. There were not any pumps availiable in our area, S.O.S. plumbing made a special trip to S.L.C. to aquire another pump. They saved the day and the basement. Bruce and Nancy

Project: Install Interior Foundation Drains or Sump Pump
We were told by our clean-up crew that our sump pump was not deep enough and it was urgent to get it lower. SOS was very good to come out immediately did a thorough examination of the situation and said it was okay and what we had was fine. If the sump pump would have just turned on we wouldn't have had a problem. It was Saturday and he was here in no time. That's impressive and we appreciated the time he spent explaining things to us and looking things over. (Our clean-up crew brought in another plumber and they agreed our set up was fine)

Thank you! It was a relatively simple project, but needed attention. Timely and great service. I was not present for the work and have not seen (I am in Iraq). I am told everything was done great!

He came and checked everything out and he did not charage me for things like a new toilet seat he just tighten. He allso checked out my kitchen and he let me know I have a water saver tap and that is why I don't have alot of pressure. I think his rates were reasonable.

Project: Clean Out a Sewer
Main sewer line backed up. The water was not spreading, just standing at this point. They were here in less than an hour, told us what they were going to do and the price. They did a good job.
