Berebi was working for a home improvement company in Westchester County New York. He felt that he was being limited as an employee, so in 2000, drawing inspiration from his father, he decided to incorporate on his own. In June of that year “S.O.S.” was born. Shortly after, Brian (one of Mor's two brothers) joined S.O.S. as Vice President and head of sales. The third brother of the family, Nathan, put his law degree to work as a legal consultant for S.O.S., helping to guide expansion and assist with other related issues. Then Mor's cousin, John Markman, joined the company in 2001 as office manager. These key individuals, along with a team of talented employees, set the foundation from which S.O.S. would grow. With a limited advertising budget, S.O.S. began working primarily in Westchester County, NY. The subsequent growth was inspiring - within two years S.O.S. was flourishing in several tri-state area counties, and then expanding the coverage area to over a 120-mile radius from the headquarters. S.O.S. Garage Doors, Inc. specializes in garage door sales, service, and installations; both residential and commercial. With the help of many skilled individuals, Mor developed the company into a striking success. The customer satisfaction record, which has always been the first priority, continues to increase. Expectations for continued growth remain very high based on past and current performance, and the future appears unlimited. The growth and success of the business, derived from the vision of the founder, stand as a testament to the high-standards of everyone who helped build the company.
