Project: Remodel a Bathroom
We live in a very old house (over 100y). Sean and his crew of dynamic characters have taken the challenge of updating our antiquated plumbing with great ease. My husband and I have been amazed at their ability to overcome every obstacle thrown at them by the quagmire that is our bathroom. Each thorn in the road has been met with a smile and a reassurance that our bathroom and home will be better than ever. I just spent a luxurious 30 minutes in my new bathtub and I couldn't be happier with the job performance of SM Solutions. They took every measure to make the turmoil of home renovations a pleasant experience and are highly recommended.

Project: Install Concrete Driveways & Floors
concrete driveway installed in fall 2010. Cracks began appearing weeks after installation. After repeated attempts, Sean Mills finally came out to look at the driveway in April 2011. Sean then said he would take care of the cracks within a couple of weeks. It is now almost August, and no work has been completed. I have emailed and called Sean and each time I am assured that he would complete the job on "Monday." Monday comes and goes and no Sean. My wife has called every Monday and gets the same response. It has gotten to the point where now Sean answers the phone and hangs up on my wife. I would definitely not recommend him!

Sean Mills was great to work with. He poured our Concrete driveway with pex tubing though out to combat the snows of northern NY. the driveway looks great, it is colored tan with a boomed finish. very reasonably priced.

Project: Install or Replace a Septic System
Our project,new septic tank, had to be done in the winter with five feet of snow. they got it done with alot of hard work. They came back this May to finish up the yard, fixed the fence, moved stones racked the ground , planted grass seed and put in a new step that they had to to take out to put in the new tank. I could not ask for more kind and hard working men. I gace our friends S.M. Solutions card and even to our contractor who had remodel our home. I would like to thank Service Magic for their help .

they did a great job and they explained everything that they were doing on my level as the job progressed and finished.the job sight was left as clean as they started.the help was polite and hard working.I would highly recomend sm solutions to anyone who can use thier services.
