I would highly recommend SM Construction, LLC and Sirous for any of your carpet (and other jobs) needs. Sirous is a great guy to work with, available anytime you need him, patient and accommodating. He keeps in touch with during the whole process, not simply at the beginning. His crew is professional and did a great job in no time. I am very happy with the job

he showed up on time for appointments and did one job for me on an investment property. After that, I asked him to come give me a n estimate for my primary residence. He sent me an outlandish estimate and then would not communicate with me afterwards when I was trying to figure out where this estimate came from. He is extremely friendly, but in the end, just like every other contractor. They do one job for you and are on to the next, not looking to establish a long term customer. its the typical northern virgnia business model, don't form relationships, just move on to the next thing.

I highly recommend SM Construction. They re-did the deck on the back of my daughter's townhouse. The work was excellent, workers (Edvin and Mehrdad) were courteous, the work was completed on time, all debris was removed. The price was very reasonable and the workers checked with us several times to make sure we were satisfied. A great job and a great value!
