Alex C needed a custom home design in San Carlos on a steeply sloped parcel. We designed a 4,500 SQ. FT. multi-story residence that is in the planning review process now.

Project: Hire an Architect to Design a Project
Responded very quickly, immediately schedule an appointment to look at the project, provide proposal and performed finished product as promised. The finished product was put together in a professional manner.

Steve did an amazing job for us. He was professional, courteous, honest and always reachable via email or cell phone. He did a great job- completed his work on time and at a very fair price. He also helped us when we ran into some permitting issues on a garage renovation- not only did he provide the necessary drawings we needed for approval, but he put us in touch with someone who could help us navigate the approval process and we got everything we needed done. I highly recommend him.

My client in Healdsburg needed permits for work done to an existing structure on a large parcel of land and for entitlement work to subdivide the single large parcel into several smaller lots / parcels.

Was very helpful, even before I choose this company. Was very insiteful on the project and informed me on things I should know before going forward with my project that were very important and could have cost a lot money in a neg. way. Very skilled.
