I got 3 estimates for the insulating. S & K gave me the lowest estimate by far, plus spent the most time discussing with me how the work would be done. Then at the end of the job, they charged me $800 LESS than the estimate! The only minor complaint I had was that the work was delayed twice, once because of bad weather and again because their truck broke down.

Great people you can trust. Played with our dogs and actually watched them one of the days we left town. He let us know of all the things to expect and finished under his bid. All in all perfect to say the least!

The couple were prompt and efficient and I felt very comfortable with them working in the house. I don't have any way to rate the value for the money....but my heating bill should reflect some savings this winter. If that bill is reduced I will write a letter confirming it in the spring. Thanks for your service.

I am not able to go up in the attic and look at the insulation that was blown in on both buildings, but I'm sure I'll find out if the "value for the money" was on the money when MidAmerica sends their inspector out to look at what was done. I'm 99.999% everything was on the up and up, so I'm still giving an excellent rating.

They were very conscientious and did a good job. There were some problems and we had to reschedule some of the work. They bent over backwards to come and finish the job before the end of the year so that we could claim the rebate from the gas company.

We have an Older home so some of the construction was differant but Shannon was able to solve any problems and did a great job of Insulating our side walls and the attic. We will now have a warm and cozy home. We can already feel the difference. We are waiting for the first utility bill after this was done to see how much our heating bill goes down. Would highly recommend S and K for insulation services. Dennis J

They friendly, responsive and thorough. They cleaned up afterwards so you could hardly tell they had been here after blowing insulation into the attic and into the floor.
