I'm pleased with their service, they were able to communicate through different channels (e.g.: Texting, emails, phones). They made several options for us to choose. With their recommendations, we now feel comfortable what we need to do with our roof. They gave me options where we can breathe and prepare for what's going to come in a couple of years. Their ability to provide several options sealed the deal.

Got off to a somewhat rocky start, because the service person arrived without the fascia board need to do the job. Three hours later he hadn't returned and we had to leave, so we asked to reschedule. A week later the job was done to our satisfaction. Overall, I'm willing to excuse the initial issue and rate them highly based on the final outcome. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.
