They were here from 8:00AM to 6:30PM to install 2 humidifiers. I am very happy with their work, I thought the price was high for the install, I had purchased one prior to them arriving, so they installed that one and installed another one that they supplied. To be fair, I did not shop around and get any other prices for the install, so I do not know if their price was reasonable or not. Rating: Project: Drain Line Breakage - Camera Locate I'm not sure exactly how to rate them.  The person was professional and seemed to know what they were doing.  However, I paid $500.00 for the camera diagnostic which did not diagnose… Read Complete Rating I'm not sure exactly how to rate them.  The person was professional and seemed to know what they were doing.  However, I paid $500.00 for the camera diagnostic which did not diagnose the correct problem.  The camera led them to believe that the pipe was crushed and mud was in the line and that's what was backing up.  In fact, my front yard was dug up to the tune of over $6000.00 and now knowing what the true problem was, I'm not sure that was necessary. <br /> <br />It was sludge that settled in a bow in the pipe where it met the main line.  A 3000 psi pressure washer cleared it.  Couldn't that have been done without digging up my yard? <br /> <br />  See All Ratings
