-my roof was a big pain due to hidden wooden slats, however, their service professionals were able to remove and fix. I had one minor finding they also handled professionally

They installed a roof, it began leaking four days after installation. I have been trying to contact my project manager since the installation date was scheduled with negative results. After i informed Sears there was a problem with the roof they stopped returning my calls. Went with Sears more so for the service not the price, what a mistake.

they crew and personel was very prompt and worked very well together. If I asked a question or had a problem with something I saw they stopped and took care of it immediately. Very friendly and I am very satisfied with my new roof.
