Steve not only gave us a fair price to fix the marred pieces of wood, but he also did the leg work of finding the exact match to the rest of our balusters, This saved me the run around trying to find them myself.  On the spot, I even asked him to cut the bottom of two of my doors so that we could fit a rug in the hallway.
