Project: Repair or Partially Replace Vinyl Siding
Steve, contacted me and came by to give me an estimate the same day I entered my request. He is a very hard working and professional individual. He started and finished the project on time and on budget. He also at my request did a whole house siding and roof inspection, upon completing the initial project. He got right back to me with pictures of problem areas and completed those repairs the same day. I have now requested a third quote for some additional maitenance work. We are extremely pleased with Steve and have suggested that our 2 neighbors have him inspect their siding and roofs for caulking and wind damaged tiles.

Stephen from S&C contracting called me immediately after I submitted the request on the website, he arrived in about 1 hour and got job done in about 45-60 minutes the same day. He's also flexible with price negotiation and courteous .

Subject was very professional and courteous, prepared a very clear job proposal explaining a few different options to satisfy my request, and completed the work on time and to my satisfaction before receiving final payment. He kept in communication with me at all times regarding dates of service and progress of job.

We were totally pleased with our experience with S & C Contracting. Steve was punctual, polite and the cost of the job was very reasonable. The work was done in a timely way, and the cleanup was thorough and complete. We were extremely happy with the quality of the finished job. We would not hesitate to call on S & C General Contracting for future home repairs.
