My service was to repair a kitchen counter bar stool. I'm very satisfied, and would cartainly use them again.

Once Steve got to my home the repair was done in less than an hour. The problem was that it took over a month to get him there. He was always polite on the phone but lots of "I'll get back to you on a date" and finally one day he called and said "is anyone going to be home today?" Overall I would use them again, but definitely a head ache getting things together.

Did a good job with my repair and price was fair.

Steve was great; the price was right, and he was on time. I would highly recommend him.

He was very professional but his fee for services was a bit high.Overall I'm still happy the the work was done.

Very mixed results, some strong positives but some equally strong negatives: Positives - Very responsive on the initial call and picking up the furniture for repair, good quality repair, good delivery when the project was complete Negatives - Time, the original estimate was supposed to be a week, but it took over 4 to get the table back. Cost the original estimate was $100 the end price was $245 and the repair was just glueing in a leg, there was no reason for the cost to escalate that much. Also the owner was not as communicative - it would have been much better to have a closer estimate on price and time originally.

This was a repair project that entailed re- adhering/bonding an acrylic leg to a 48" round, 1/2" thick glass top table. The written estimate stated $95 to $150 along with pick up & delivery fee of $95. The customer was aware of additional time needed to obtain special solvent to remove the original adhesive in order to insure success of this project. We originally picked up the table from a townhouse and delivered to a different designated apartment building which required two delivery men to maneuver the table once the leg was attached.The end result of this project allowed this table to stand on all four legs again!

Steve took the Ethan Allen dinning room table after our first meeting. He said he would have it back soon and he did. The table looked fabulous. Thanks Steve
