Prompt and reliable. Good job, although one row of tiles is slightly the other than the other. Front bay window sill looks very nice with our houseplants sitting atop the tiles.

Scott was able to find us a better price on our preferred flooring and picked it up for us for no charge. Many of the things that were quoted as "extras" with other companies were included in Scott's price -- which was the same or better than others'. Scott and his assistant were professional and accommodating, working with us to make sure we were happy with the work and also to make sure that on any given day there was one room untouched so our cat would have somewhere to be.

scott and his guy started out doing a good job as the job progressed he got very slopy with his work left his guy to do the grout work even when he new the tile was not staight in the shower he kept blaming it on the tile even when the tiles where off by a good 3/4 of an inch and alot of the grout cracked or felll apart on the floor he was not cheap we did not get our moneys worth.did not bother to call him back to fix the grout because i knew he would blame it on the traffic or the sub floor decided to fix it myself best of luck to him and his company.

Scott is fantastic -- he is truly skilled and thorough and will make sure the job is done correctly. I hired him for a very difficult mosaic tile backsplash. He was the only tile person that I spoke to that spelled out in detail how the process works, the mistakes that other less skilled (and cheaper) tile people often make with this kind of tile, and ultimately spent hours on the job that he didn't factor in and yet didn't complain about or back away from. The bottom line -- he did it right and I would work with him again in a second. Not to mentioned, he's just a good guy and super pleasant to deal with. A+ for Scott!
