the work performed was excellent. The owner was personable, and the cost was reasonable and good quality. He worked with use to give us ideas on the most cost efficient materials. The project was very cost justified, with excellent workmanship. I would recommend S & B renovations and remodelling to anyone.

I have used them several times. I have never had an issue with price, time frame, quality, or communication. Top notch all the way. Very detailed in quotes and finished product. And personalities so good that my wife is 100% comfortable with them!

Overall project was not impressive - average quality, good timing though, mid-range cost, lack of detail in workmanship that is what differentiate average from very good. seems like he was trying to get it over with as quick as possible.

Still have unresolved issues from the job. Matt will not come back out to resolve after repeated attempts. Did not communicate well throughout project. Left my house covered in drywall dust, mud on my cupboards, used my kitchen sink to mix and dispose of drywall, cigarette butts all over the driveway, $800 worth of granite ruined. I would not recommend this contractor to anyone that I know.

Professional, Professional, Professional!!! Did what they said they would do, knew what they were doing, and how to do it the RIGHT way. Not the cheapest but worth every penny.

They were ready to assist us and offer opinions on a variety of issues that confronted us as part of our move. Wonderful to work with. They do everything they can to make sure you are satisfied with the work they do. Very friendly and easy to have around for projects that take a long time. Worked hard to help me find good deals on what I needed for the major bathroom remodel. They will be doing our other bathroom, too. Highly recommend them, know you will be very happy.
