Project: Asphalt Shingle Roofing - Repair

Sorry for the late review. This project was completed in August 2010. Keith came to my home and inspected my roof. He gave a reasonable quote for the work. He explained everything in detail and showed me pictures. I was very impressed with his approach and hired him. Keith and his assistant completed the work on schedule and showed me the final pictures. I was so impressed that I hired him to do another project a week later. When I replace my roof, I plan on contacting Keith because he was great to communication with and prices were competitive. I would recommend S & J Roofing to others.

Pricing: very good. Quality of workmanship: excellent. S&J is a certified GAF installer and has up to date knowledge of GAF products. Contractor installed a complete GAF roof system which is a major upgrade from original construction. The work was done in a timely manner and excellent clean up afterwards. This roof looks great and I should never have any problems with materials and workmanship. I highly recommend S&J Roofing.

Excellent from start to finish. They put on a new roof, installed new gutters and performed interior repairs. Communication was good and all the work was done when promised. Workmanship and materials were top notch. Shawn was great to work with and seemed to really care about getting the projects done to my satisfaction.

When it finally warmed up enough to do the roof they began early in the morning when there was still frost on the roof. (Not me!) They had all of the shingles off, roof repaired, new tar paper and rubber membrane installed on the first day. Much of the new shingles were on as well. The second day was just finishing it up, cleaning up, etc. They did an excellent job and the roof looks great. I was surprised how much better the roof looks compared to other roofs in our subdivision that have been replaced in the last couple of months. And so far, no leaks. I had expected a couple of hiccups along the way, but so far there have been none. Thanks!

I can't say enough "good" about them. They were totally professional, arrived, and completed the work when they said they would, cleaned up the work site, and our roof looks really "grrrreat" !!! Their crew were hard working, and conscientious.... Thank you for your recommendation...listing.
