Had an old casement window frame that needed new plate glass and was very happy with the completed job and the instruction they gave me about the drying period before painting the window frame.

He made the time to come by and look at my problem and even stopped at the store for the part he needed before coming, so the job was done in a very short time. However, he only addressed part of the problem and didn't permanently fix what was wrong. We'll have to have someone else come fix the problem in a few months when it starts up again.

He quoted me a price over the phone, then upon looking at it, said it was simpler than he anticipated so he cut that price in half. He completed it in the time frame promised and even rushed the order when something came up requiring it to be done sooner. I would highly recommend S & H.

Ralph was great! He was quick to respond and came out within 2 days to make the screens and install them. He came out a week later with the custom back door slider screen and it also works well. I would highly recommend Ralph's company to anyone who needs a professional company who completes the work on time, does quality work and provides great customer service!!!
