I'd had several other quotes, and I was starting to get really concerned about the severity of my problem. When he arrived, he was fairly certain he could fix the problem without pulling the entire toilet. He stayed at it, and stayed persistent until the problem was fixed, without doing any unnecessary work that would cost a lot more. He was very pleasant, and very efficient.
