Project: Repair or Service Swimming Pool Heaters
I bought a new pool heater from Russo's. The saleman Dan new what he was talking about and was very friendly. I just had my heater installed today, and man was I impressed with the clean and efficient setup. Cruz and a fellow worker showed up on the day and the time that I was promised, veeery impressed with the quality of work. The best part was these guys worked for Russo's and were not subcontracted out by Russo's. They surely have my buisiness in the future. Cheers to Russo's.

Project: Repair or Replace a Sump Pump
The repair I requested of Russo's Pool & Spa was to replace a sump pump. The representative arrived as scheduled. He was friendly and professional therefore I have no complaints in this area. However, based on research, the price of the replacement sump pump appears to be high. In addition, the reviews on the pump installed are mostly negative. The limited warranty does not cover the parts likely to fail and requires you to return the pump to the manufacturer. From reviewers, the pump will only last 2 years which is far below the 10+ years of my old pump. My recommendation would be to buy the sump pump and have a handy man install it.

If the customer is upset about a warranty the warranty for the pump is not from our company but from the manufacture not sure why that was not a big issue when we replaced the pump in the beginning of the job or discussed when the job was booked we could of offered a different pump if we only knew of that being a major concern .

I had an emergency. Joe came to my house at 9PM and fixed the sump pump that night. Attention to detail, courteous and a very good value for the money. Next day, Cruze came in and fixed the backup pump as well. Many thanks for a job well done!! I will use them again anytime.
