We met the following day to discuss the project, and he was prompt and thorough. I felt he understood what was needed. We stayed in contact as he drew up the plans, and he provided the blueprints to me in short order. I was pleased with his knowledge of ADA requirements and his suggestions (which made sense and improved upon what my husband and I had originally discussed). We were extremely pleased with Mr. Tsuchida's professionalism, thoroughness, and knowledge, and we'd recommend him to others seeking an architect.
